Three things clients ask before we start
The price includes cabinets, counters, electrical, and the days we work in your house, items you have not picked yet get a temporary price, if you change a counter after we order it, we change that one item, no surprise charge at the end
Floor plans, drawings of each wall, and a materials list, after you read the drawings, you should know where the island goes and how tall the cabinets are, if you do not, we keep drawing
On a whole-home job, we try to keep a kitchen or bathroom usable, we put up plastic to keep dust out, we tell you which week a room cannot be used, the schedule is in the contract
